YYYY@YYYY My husband has just been released from the hospital, having been treated for urinary tract infection. He was catharized for 2 days .. irrigated for 2 days ...and in the surgery room the doctors inserted a scope and found everything re: his bladder being in good shape, The original symptoms that sent him there were: profuse bleeding from his penis; inability to urinate; burning inside his penis; urge to urninate constantly. His doctor has put him on oxycodone for pain and ampicillin 500mg.. The urgency and pain and inability to urinate persist.
