Hi,

Burning can not be due to periods, the pain here would be restricted to lower abdomen and back. The ingestion of Phynile cleaner has caused corrosive action on her inner layer of stomach, esophagus and throat. She can take cold milk sips or tab. Ranitidin over the counter and tab. Gelusil to suck. But though her symptoms are temporarily managed, considering the amount she had consumed as he should consult a gastroenterologist earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
