Suggest Remedy For Canker Sores During Menstruation
I break out with canker soars every menstral cycle and have sense I was a teenager. They hurt so bad and last one to two weeks. I have been tested and are not a form of std, and I have changed my toothpaste many times! Is this because my hormones? What can I do to help pervent it or make it at least bareable every month
As per your complain Cancer sores during menstruation is due to changes in hormonal levels and it is one of the predisposing factor for canker sores in females..
It is a harmless condition but is painful..
You can do warm saline gargles .. Gargle with 1:1 solution of hydrogen peroxide and water will help.. Sucking ice pops will provide relief.. In case of pain you can take anti inflammatory painkiller like Ibuprofen.. You can apply numbing gel like Oragel over sores so that there is no discomfort specially during eating.. Take soft and bland diet and avoid hot and spicy food..
Hope this helps..
Regards..
