General & Family Physician 's  Response
Dear Patient,

you have asked if invega and aspirin can be taken together. The answer is: those 2 drugs normaly have no serious interactions, so it should be ok. I also suggest and agree with your doctor to reduce the smoking if possible because it could be the reason for your chestpain, since it can have negative effects on heart and lungs such as coronary heart disease and chronic bronchitis, just to name a few. It is advisable to do some basic diagnostics like an ekg an a chest x ray too to rule out any serious cardiac or pulmonary condition. Hope this is helping you , if you have any clarificatons you can get back to me, if this was helpful please kindly rate my answer. Best regards
