Suggest Remedy For Choking And Abdominal Pain Due To Heart Burn

Hello i am 32 weeks an I have been experiencing a lot of movement from my baby all day for about 13 hours on an off like clock work I have severe heart burn that sometimes choke me and really bad abdominal pain when my baby moves. Can you tell me if this is normal or not?

Heartburn is quite common in pregnancy.More than half of the pregnant women experience this.
It is a burning sensation of the esophagus caused by stomach contents that reflux from the stomach.Pregnancy hormones will cause the lower esophageal sphincter to relax, allowing stomach acids to splash back up into the esophagus.
Follow these steps to reduce heartburn.
1. Eat several small meals each day instead of three large ones.
2.Avoid fried, spicy, or rich foods
3.Don't lie down directly after eating.
4.Keep the head of your bed higher than the foot of your bed.
