Suggest Treatment For Abdominal Pain And Heart Burn
since few day I got abdominal pain,heart burning.on press just beow the stunam I feel as some thing slips/sliding. all the time nautiais there,bitter mouth tasteand stomach upset.Kindly suggest the posibilities and treatment

dear there is possibility of gastritis with GERD (gastro esophageal reflux disease),other possibilities that cause burning sensation are cardiac pain,herpes zoster,costocondritis etc..
use tab . nexium before breakfast if your diabetic or hypersensitive you have to evaluated for cardiac causes.need urgent ecg ,TMT. if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
