Suggest Remedy For Chronic Abdominal Discomfort With Constipation
Hello, I ve been taking dulcolax because I ve been constipated and lately I ve havent had a bowel movement as I used to have. I feel discomfort because i feel blooded, I do not have any pain just mild discomfort. I am concerned because even though i take the dulcolax ( 3tablets) there are no discharge. Please advise. Thank you
The feeling of abdominal discomfort can be due to constipation. I would advise that along with medication you should follow these steps: 1. Drink plenty of water everyday 2. Include food rich in fibre in your diet. For example apple, cucumber,wheat bran, broccoli etc. 3. Regular exercising will help a lot in relieving constipation
