Ít does not seems so simple to me as you are taking it. Consult a pulmonologist and then to a gastroenterologist in your area. He needs urgent care and treatment for the disease. He may have some genetic defect in immune system or some lung deformity and needs some testing and evaluation. He is not thriving and is taking anti-asthmatic medications too. Its real medical emergency to be dealt by a specialist.
May you get very well soon and have a wonderful time ahead. Please don't forget to give your valuable feedback to help us assist you in a better way.
Regards!
