General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

It sounds like you have been experiencing a cold for a prolonged period and are also experiencing severe migraines, along with some unusual symptoms such as a yellowish skin tone and spots on your tongue. It is possible that your symptoms could be caused by a viral or bacterial infection, sinusitis, or allergies.

Chronic cold symptoms may require antibiotics or other prescription medications to help treat the underlying cause. Migraine headaches can also be treated with prescription medications or other therapies, depending on the severity and frequency of your migraines.

In the meantime, you can try home remedies such as increasing your fluid intake, resting, using a humidifier, using saline nasal drops, and avoiding triggers that may worsen your symptoms. Speak with your healthcare provider and follow their guidelines for treatment.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
