Suggest Remedy For Chronic Diarrhea, Rumbling Stomach And Nausea

I have had chronic diarrhea now for 4 days. I also have ALOT of gas rumbling around in my stomach. I am nauseated some but have not thrown up and I do not have a fever. I have been trying my best to drink water to make sure iI stay hydrated but it is hard where im nauseated. I have taking pepto bismol and it does not seem to have helped at all. Except now my bowel movements are green. Also when it s REALLY the worst time is when I first wake up of the mmornings

I really appreciate your concern, infection part need to be ruled out or condition can be managed with "Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day" for five days and this is nothing to worry, hope this helps, take care and have a nice day.
