Suggest Remedy For Chronic Dizziness

Hi I am experiencing head spinning. 11 days before, i had a head spinning in the morning immediately after getting up from the bed. and the ENT doctor said, it s BPPV and gave the tablet Vertin. and after that most of the day i feel little drowsy, but didn t get head spin. i stopped the medicine and regularly doing the exercise given by General doctor. (nearly two months before i had the same symptom and showed to General physician) . today while doing the exercise, while lying on the bed, i had to keep looking the ceiling upwards for some time. that s the time i got the head spin again . what s the possibility that this could be due to spondylities kindly help me

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, as long as the dizziness is concern it need to be differentiate well from the all the possible etiologies it could be pathological and functional too, so better get done all the test regarding this, and of course this could be due to degenerative disk disease too, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
