General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I understand your concern. I suggest you wash and dry frequently the area with a mild soap. I recommend using the Salicylic acid cream for local application.

If the symptoms continue I suggest using oral medication such as erythromycin.

You should consult your doctor about this treatment because it is given on prescription.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
