Suggest Remedy For Chronic Inflammation And Joints Pain

Hello. Is it reasonably possible to have a elevated/positive ANA blood/lab results undiagnosed for 5 years? I am asking because, in addition to these lab results, chronic inflammation, and ongoing joint pain, I have had continuous pain in my left leg for the past 14 months. I presented with this tooth-ache like pain while in my 10th week of pregnancy. It extends from the front of my hip near the groin all the way past my knee. A rheumatologist just told me that my hip cartilage has degenerated to the point now that I will require surgery. I will do what is necessary. However, I am bothered by the fact that this positive ANA not to mention an elevated sedrate has not been diagnosed or even linked to this hip ailment. Please help me understand!
