Hello,
To me, you need a few more investigations with MRI of the shoulders and leg joints. Plus, need to run some blood tests like
complete blood count, CRP,
rheumatoid factor, ERS, anti-streptolysins, uricemia, in order to check for possible
arthritis issues and try to treat them adequately.
Depending on your age, there might cause some changes in your joint normal structure although you are physically active. We should investigate if this is true in order to determine the most suitable treatment. For the moment, avoid your daily activities, like dancing or running / jogging. Apply
analgesic cream on the shoulder and leg joint. Take
paracetamol or Naproxen for the pain.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
