Hey my name is sean my 27 i work for a moving company and for the pass week i have been having lower back pain that go down my leg and groin pains on the left side but today i tweaked my back at work and not the back pain is so bad its hard to up off the bed any suggestions and the ER is already at the top of the list thanks in advance.

You should consult a physiotherapist for exercise and correct posture according to your work culture If it persists than you need to consult your doctor for an MRI and further work up
