Suggest Remedy For Chronic Pain In Knee And Shoulder

My age is 41 Male, I have nee & shoulders pains for the last 5 years, also last month uric acid level was 7.1 and some time acidity disturb also. Now doctor advised me Envision 400mg, Nims(Nimesulide) 100mg, Adenuric (80mg) and Nuberol 450 mg. Kindly advise about above medicines.

nimuselide is a analgesic means pain killer.adenuric to treat uric acid levels.nuberol is a muscle relaxant.you can use these drugs.there is no issue in that.its advisable that you check your uric acid levels periodicallyh.thank you
