Suggest Remedy For Chronic Pain In Leg In A Diabetic Obese Patient

My husband has constant leg and foot pain. He is diabetic, overweight and has congestive heart failure, OH and COPD. He is constantly in pain, and very vocal about it (owie, owie, ouch...) nothing seems to make it better for more than a few minutes. He has sleep apnea, and has been diagnosed with restless leg syndrome. But this pain is constant awake or asleep, mostly from the knee down, there is no change in the coloration of the skin, he s had quadruple bypass. He hasn t smoked in 15 years. PLEASE HELP! He take Requip for the restless leg, but it doesn t seem to help, he even beats his hands and arms at night.
