As you have a lighter skin tone of body than your facial skin it can be improved to the extent of slightly less than or equal to your body..
You can wash your face with
glycolic acid and
salicylic acid containing face wash like AHA glow, Melaglow and others.
Apply creams containing
Kojic acid, glycolic acid and arbutin..
Exfoliate your face using a mild scrub and apply vitamin E gel or oil at night.
Drink plenty of water, take Vitamin C supplements and prevent sun exposure..
Always apply a SPF 50 containing sunscreen lotion when ever you expose to sun..
You can also
consult a Dermatologist and go for photofacial,
microdermabrasion and dermal rollers..
