Suggest Remedy For Concussion Caused By An Accident

My boyfriend was snowboarding and came off the track at tree line height. He hit the back of his head on one tree, leg on another and the 3rd stopped him in the ribs. He cant remember anything between climbing out of the snow he was buried in and getting to the bar at the top of the mountain. He also said he lost some vision in his left eye but thats back to normal now. He feels spaced out and not quite with it. Is this just concussion?

Yes it is just a minor concussion. it is self limiting most of the times and it can last from few weeks to few months. he will be back to normal state very soon.
