Suggest Remedy For Constant Pelvic Pain And Bleeding

My daughter who is 35 has been having bleeding and bad pain for so long that I am scared. I have had ovarian cancer twice and she has the same symptoms as me. She only has medicaid and they want do anything for her as far as testing her. She may not bleed one week out of the month and has pelvic pain constantly. I am worried sick and dont know what to do. Thank you

Hi,
I understand your concern.
The pelvic pain with bleeding can be due to Endometrosis / fibroid uterus/ pelvic inflammation & ovarian cancer as you doubt.
* Ovarian cancer can be excluded/ detected by combination of two investigations-
- A simple blood test that detects & measures proteins shed by tumor cells Ca 125 test
- Pelvic sonography to observe ovaries.
Once the condition is excluded it can be prevented by adopting healthy life style & taking oral contraceptives.
* the other causes of these symptoms need a detailed gynecological examination with investigations like USG lower abdomen, high vaginal swab testing, hormonal assessment.- followed by specific treatment.
Please don't worry, Be positive & careful in treating her symptoms at present / avoiding ovarian cancer( healthy life style & periodic check ups under a doctor's care), early detection if at all it starts & prompt treatment.
are ideal & fruitful steps to be taken for your daughter.
