Bleeding and spotting are common after inserting the copper T for few days to week. Bleeding will disappear its own with in 2-3 weeks Tablet will start working with in 2-4 days If the bleeding is heavy, you can take tranexemic acid tablet once to twice a day to decrease the bleeding. If the bleeding doesn't stops in next 2-3 week or is not reduced by tranexemic acid, then you should consult your gynecologist for removal of copper T. Hope this may help you
