Suggest Remedy For Constipation After Abdominal Hysterectomy
I am pia 38 years old and just have my abdominal hysterectomy last april 14,2015. I am feeling well but still sufferring from constipation. Hard to move bowel and i want to ask if eating watermelon after 20 days as well as popcorn is good for my diet?

Immobilization of few days can lead to constipation. best is to drink plenty of fluids,, 3-4 liters per day. Also eat more of fresh fruits and vegetables, at least 500 gm of fruits per day. A mild laxative can be taken after consulting your local physician.
