Suggest Remedy For Cough During Pregnancy

Hi! I m 34 weeks pregnant,and I ve had a really bad cough for well over a week now. It s really getting to me as I m told that I can t take any medication due to pregnancy. Am I ok to at least have Strepsols? or any cough sweets ? It s really getting me down.

Hi dear, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. You can take cough lozenzes like Strepsols to get relief from the cough.
Moreover, you can also take any cough syrup which do not contains codeine, if the cough is very distressing.
