Suggest Remedy For Coughing Up Of Blood And Blotches On The Back

I have nonalcoholic fatty liver, and I have been feeling sick these past two days. I was thinking I maybe had a stomach virus. But now I am coughing up blood and I have am getting blotches on my back. Is this related to my condition and if so what should I do?
