Suggest Remedy For Cramping And Brown Discharge

Hi, I'm 35 yrs. old and 195 lbs. I have endometriosis and was recently placed on the pill, LoSeasonique. I am currently on week 9 of my pill back. I had intercourse the 7th and starting on the 9th started with more cramping than usual and noticed aa slight brown discharge when wiping. On two occassions I've even stained my panties. I'm still experiencing this discharge. What's going on?
