I am 35 year ld women with two kids haave type 2 diabetes and hypothyroid , im observing vaginal cuts and rashes in anal andvaginal Area, due to this i suffer from from burning, inflammation and pain while bowel movement, im not consitipated but suffers from loose stools often

Hi,
This type of infection is common among diabetics.
Keep diabetes under control.
Apply triple action cream locally.
Go for one antibiotic medicine course to control infection.
At this age due to low estrogen level there can be atrophic changes in vagina producing dry vaginal membrane producing itching and soreness.
In this case consult Gynaec and go for local application of estrogen cream if your Gynaec suggests.
Keep local hygiene proper.
Ok and take care.
