hi doctor m having dark spots and blemishes on my face my age is 24 and m married , in past few months i have used topcort ,melaglow but it didn't work and also have used so many medicines but no use please tell me something for the same.
You seem to have facial melanosis. It may be melasma. Or it may be due to sunexposure, cosmetics, pollutants, endocrinal disorders, internal diseases or nutritional deficiencies. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis and its cause. Investigations may be done to have firm cause. Take treatment from your physician for internal disease or other cause. You may apply kojic acid containing cream at night and sunscreen gel during day time. You may take vitamin C, glutathion and nicotinic acid for long time. I hope you may become alright.
Thanks.
