Couple months a go,Iwas pinching or should i say trying to remove a tough blackhead and I did.couple days later on the same spot were i was pinching on my forehead,it got black looks like a burn mark its been 9 mths and my natural skin has not grown back on that spot. Anyway to remove it!!!please help!!!
As per your query you have dark skin post removal of blackheads on the forehead . Well there can be many reasons for blackening of skin like excessive sun exposure , side effect of certain medicines , hormonal changes , but in your case case the blackening of skin is due to post inflammatory hyperpigmentation . I would suggest you to wash your face with mild soap twice a day , after washing face apply cream containing kojic acid which is very effective twice a day , apply vitamin E oil before going to bed at night and apply ice cubes to face 1-2 minutes daily . If condition doesn't get better in a month then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis and rule out condition like skin infection . Doctor may recommend chemical peeling or dermabrassion.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
