Suggest Remedy For Delayed Periods And Negative Pregnancy Report

Hi , doctor I have issue of irregular period. I had intercourse in december and did not get my periods in december though pregnancy tests were negative (done3 times). Again in january and february I had an intercouse for which in january pregnancy test was -ve and in february it was positive. Kindly let me know will mtp kit work or will I have to go for other option .

Hi

To find out whether MTP kit is suitable for you, you should first consult your doctor and get your assessment and an ultrasound done. If the pregnancy is in the uterus, less than 9 weeks of age ( since in January your pregnancy test was negative, you are likely to be less than 9 weeks pregnant) and you have no contraindications for medications then she will prescribe it for you.

If the above conditions are not fulfilled then you you may need surgery to remove the pregnancy.
