You are suffering from
depression, anxiety, fatigue, and all these are side effects of taking Zoloft. You are advised to consult your treating doctor as you need to taper Zoloft under observation. To reduce anxiety and depression you should make sure you get quality sleep at night and avoid sedentary lifestyle. You should avoid taking food that may cause depression or trigger anxiety like caffeine and sugary food, alcohol, heavily processed food, etc.
Taking certain food may help and these are fruits, vegetables, omega 3s improves brain function. Take
selenium rich food, coffee, beans and lentils, nuts and seeds, berries, etc. Do regular exercises, walking and stay away from addictions if any. If obese, control you weight. Maintain healthy weight.
