Hi,

If the diagnosis is confirmed as contact dermatitis and infectious conditions are ruled out by your doctor, you could apply a mid potent steroid such as mometasone lotion mixed with emollient lotion on a skin lesion.

Along with that you should take antihistamine tablet. If you have any problem during treatment, I request you to consult your dermatologist as soon as possible.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Siva Subramanian, Dermatologist
