Suggest Remedy For Diarrhea, Joint Pain With Sweating
Hey, My friend got sick last night, out of no where, he is experiencing puking up water, his joints and knees aching, diarrhea, feeling cold and shivering, and sweating. I have looked online and seen that it might be a 24hr bug or a virus or the flu, but I'm not sure what it is, can you please tell me? Also, if you can identify what it is, can you tell me how it can get better?

This is an intestine infection with systemic manifestations.
The Primary guidelines are:
- Get vital parameters checked as there may be low blood pressure from fluid electrolyte balance.
- Maintain hydration with plenty of liquids, preferably oral rehydration salt.
- Get prescription of GI specific antibiotic as metronidazole or else , anti-diarrhea agent as Racecadrotil drug for better recovery.
