I have had a heart attack 6 years ago. I am currently experiencing sharp chest pains, tingling in my left arm-forearm through my wrist and hand, a little bit of numbness in my hand, when I bend my head forward it hurts down through my back and chest. I m also feeling diarrhea symptoms, although I have not actually been able to go to the bathroom. My stomach is bloated. I m just worried about this and I m extremely exhausted.
