Also needed are specialist s opinion, further investigations and proper management. Surgery in needed situation as would be advised by your Surgeon. Also needed are the tests of blood including specialized tests for autoimmune disease, thyroid and other function. Tests of stool for three consecutive days to know additional information. Identify the foods and beverages that instigate or enhance the problems thus stopping these will help you further. Addition of multivitamins, antioxidants and micronutrients helps further as well as pancreatic enzymes to be taken with food.
