Suggest Remedy For Diarrhoea In A Person Diagnosed With H. Pylori

Hello, I was diagnosed H.Pylori and was prescribed Klacid 500mg (twice/day), Amoximex 1000mg (twice/day), Prasolan 20mg (once/day), I have very bitter taste in my mouth during the whole day, diahrrea and fatigue. Is it normal? and how can I get rid of the bitter taste? thank you

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of being diagnosed as H. pylori positive for which you have been given Klacid 500, Amoximex 1000, Prasolan 20 and you developed bad taste in mouth, diarrhea and fatigue.
The only way to get a correct diagnosis for the cause are:
Send the sample of the stool for lab testing.
Stop and start each of the medicines one by one and see which is causing is the problem and stop it altogether.
Start a substitute for the said medicine.Start taking the pre and probiotics, activated charcoal, antacid and go for soft bland diet.
