Hi, I want to know what do I take if I am having difficulty with bowel movements. I haven t gone to restroom much in a month and half. Maybe once but I do eat right. I got no movement feelings in or around my anus area for bowel movement. Could u please provide me with some information. It feels numb around my back side . I don t have insurance so I can t afford to go to the doctor but at the same time I don t feel right cuz in my stomach there s a lot of poisonous green water built up. I used to threw up greenish water everyday but now I threw up brownies water and it tastes so bitter and I can t stand it anymore. I also feel burning and hurt and bitter in the upper part of my stomach. In more towards my chest
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have symptoms of difficulty in bowel movement . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like indigestion , gastroenteritis, gastritis , piles , peptic ulcer, systemic disturbance due to missed periods, lactose intolerance and crohn's disease.
You should avoid large meal intake at a time and take small and frequent meals. You should take diet rich in fluids. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order stool test , blood test , endoscopy and examine physically by palpating .
Doctor may prescribe H2 blockers , omeprazole , laxative , loperamide and analgesic . For now eat light , avoid spicy and heavy food. Doctor may refer you to gynecologist if it is related to systemic disturbances due to missed periods. Doctor may also recommend surgical removal of piles .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
