Dr. Hanif warmly welcomes you with thanks for a consult!
I have carefully worked through your case, and can well realize your health worries. Being your physician, I want to assure, I will take care all of your medical concerns according to the latest medical guidelines.
These are not well documented as being the side effects of these drugs. It may be due to some other reason like overall illness, emotional disturbances or some
anxiety related to the disease.
Many patients get the issues of prolonged erections or
erectile dysfunction (i.e. decreased sexual performance) due to the ongoing disease that is actually hindering the normal social life and work place tasks. So, anxiety associated with the disease causes sexual issues too.
You just need reassurance that once the disease is over you will get alright and there should be no issues like that. But if this persists, I recommend then to go for proper evaluation from a
Urologist. He will do physical examination and will run a battery of tests and after that he will do the treatment according to the diagnosed underlying cause.
Hope I answered all of your questions. Please click on 'I Find This Answer Helpful' and don't forget to add your precious positive feedback to help me able to assist you better in future too.
