Suggest Remedy For Difficulty In Urination With Abdominal Pain And Fever

54 year old male. Has ffeveer of 101, difficulty urinating despite lots of fluids, stomach ache. Ssymptoms came on suddenly Friday evening. Had heart attach (with stent) 12 yeaars ago. Gets echo every year. Does work on our lawn. Works indoors as an engineer. Lives in marsh area. Was treated for Anaplasmosis one year ago. Does not have lime diseasse. Takes statin drug. I wonder if he needs to go emergency room because he urinates so little of the fluids I provide him. He has been feeling too ill to get out of bed since Friday evening-except for trips to bathroom.

don't worry ,here I would like to know whether you are taking any antiplatelet agents like ecosprin or clopidogril ,or only stain as advised by your cardiologist

ok anyway I can suggest once better undergo ultrasounography of KUB,CBP,SERUM CREATININE ,nd serum potassium TESTS along with routine urine examination ..

Recent ECG,2Decho is helpful also ..

plz start with antibiotics like monocef o 200mg twice daily ,diuretic like Lasix 20mg twice daily ,along with paracetamol to control the temperature ..

avoid strain work, need rest for you

have a consult once nephrologist if possible after reports,,

be in touch with your cardiologist ..

don't worry it will subside ..ok
