Suggest Remedy For Disclouration Of Skin After Using Compound W
Hi. Inured compound w to treat a pimple on my face because I heard salisylic acid helps clear acne.Left it on for about half hour. I peed it off and one my face has a discolored spot! Help! Did I discolor my face and if so..how can I get it back to my normal skin tone?
As per your query you have symptoms of discoloration of skin after using compound w which occurs due to allergic reaction to skin. I would suggest you to apply Adapelene gel once at night. Also wash your face with mild soap and cold water twice a day , exfoliate your face once a week. Apply benzoyl peroxide cream or gel for killing the bacteria in the pore .Wash your face using a mild soap or cleanser and lukewarm water. Avoid greasy creams ,use water based products. If condition doesn't improve in a week then consult dermatologist for proper diagnosis .Doctor may prescribe oral antibiotics like clindamycin , Isotretinoin or Hormone Therapy.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
