Suggest Remedy For Discoloration On Nose Due To Application Of Balm

Hello Doctor, 1yr back when i used tiger balm on nose because of cold,it caused a black round mark where i applied.. then i consulted some doctors and applied some cream and some how it got reduced. But recently again some shades start appearing.. then i consulted a doctor he gave me a melalite cream to apply at night. now it became more worse.. dark blakish red color. i don t know what to do. suggest me some method to make it as my normal skin color

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have nose discoloration after application of balm which seems to be due to allergic reaction. It could be due to extreme sensitivity of skin of getting pigmented. Need not to worry. I would suggest you to start with application of isotrentoin on this. You should wash it 2-3 times per day and apply kojivit. Prevent over exposure to sun. Apply TANCARE rich in spf 26. Visit dermatologist once and get it examined. Start treatment after proper examination. You can go for chemical peeling.
