Feeling of tightness and discomfort in the jaws should get reduced. Taking warm Epsom salt bath may help.
Protect your eyes and skin from polluting agents like dust, pollen, smoke, cold, heat, allergies. You have sensitive skin avoid direct exposure to sunlight. Avoid taking alcohol and caffeine can further dehydrate you resulting in you experiencing dry eyes or dry tight skin. You can take anti anxiety medicines and switch to healthy lifestyle. Get clinically examined by a GP and get treated.
Neglecting in individuals dealing with anxiety or high levels of stress and high levels of anxiety and stress can cause you to notice symptoms like floaters, flashes,
blurred vision, light sensitivity, twitches, dry eye, and tears, etc. Sometimes tightness in the jaws may be indicative of developing CAD, coronary
