Suggest Remedy For Discomfort Under The Foot When Pressure Is Applied
Thick raised line under skin on bottom of the foot, starts just before the heel and travels up the inside of my right foot. It's about as thick as a pencil and roughly two inches long. Applying pressure causes only slight discomfort, but a day on my foot will cause an ache. There is nothing visible on the skin surface. Suffered this previously on left foot, but only on the bottom (maybe half an inch) and went away without seeing physician. Saw an MD this weekend, but all they knew was that it was clearly soft tissue, but doesn't act like tendonitis. Any suggestions? I can't find anything online and can't really get into, let alone afford, a podiatrist.
Respected user, hi I evaluated your query thoroughly. * This is subcutaneous lesion involving thickening of certain tissue part after effect of some unknown trauma / undue pressure over it. Not every lesion in body will have perfect name of it! * Can apply ice over it for 3-4 times a day. * In our clinic , we suggest Cephalosporin group of antibiotics with anti- inflammatory agents for such case & later on if not resolved may need Surgical debridement of that part. hope this clears your query. welcome for any further queries. thanks for using health care magic & giving me an opportunity to assist you. wishing you fine recovery from it. regards dear take care.
