Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Headache

i recieved several punches to the side of my face and back of head in an incident 2 weeks ago. i since have been suffering from head ache and occasional dizzy spells also sometimes get a tightening feeling at the top of my head, is this normal or do i need to see a doctor? thanks

Hello. Thanks for asking on Healthcaremagic. From what you describe it seems like you have had a blunt trauma to face. In such a case it Is important to see a doctor who might carry out some tests like a CT head and neck to rule out any internal hemorrhage or injury. It might not be anything but it's always better to rule out
