Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Heart Palpitations Caused By Anxiety

my mrs. age 41 suffering from depression problem since last seven years and recently she is also having digestive problem feeling heaviness in stomach after consuming ,she feels hungry . appetite is ok burning sensation throughout her body and palpitation increases. she always feel dizziness and brain having headache problem. Pl suggest what to do first.
