Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Lightheadedness

Hello! A couple days ago I suddenly got very dizzy and lightheaded. When I tried to lay down in bed, I got very weak and felt like I couldn t move my body. I drink plenty of water but the doctor said I m dehydrated. I had to take some IV fluids but it didn t help much. I think I have a fever but I m not hot on the inside, I think it s more of an internal fever...
