Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Lightheadedness

i have been having dizziness or lightheadess for a while I had blood pressure issues and they said I had carotid hypersentive syndrome okay my blood pressure was out of control and my heart beating fast okay they did a electrophysiology study and try to catch to see why heart beating fast could not catch it so the heart dr put a pacemaker in and says the dizzyiness may go away or not its still here so they schedule me for a ep syncope for next year in feb because the only have one dr so the neuro dr gave me diazepam to take and it seems like I am getting the dizzy spells more often and when I am going to bed at this point don t reaaly know what to do did go to a ent dr is there anything they can do at this point I need answers I just went back to work after being off for 7 months I need help
