Suggest Remedy For Dizziness And Nausea After Blowing Nose
I blew my nose really hard (I have congestion way back in my sinuses), which caused dizziness enough to feel nauseous & almost throw up. My ears popped a minute or 2 later & the severe (room-spinning) dizziness went away...but, over 3 hours later, I am still feeling off...still a little woozy & nauseous. Is there a way to equalize or re-stabilize the pressure in my inner ear? Or does it just have to go away on it s own? Thanks --
First you should not take any type of cold items like water, fruits, sweet, ice cream etc. You will be taking bath by the use of warm water in body but not in head. Also make a saline gargle with warm water before going to bed at night. I think you will get a good result. For more::tdahsc@gmail.com
