Suggest Remedy For Dizziness With Swelling In Hands And Feet
I am a 40 year old female on metoprolol for last 6 years for hypertension. recently having dizzy spells, trace of swelling in hands, feet and face along with a blood pressure of 146/104 feel tired and run down for last week with blood pressures consistently 130 s-140 s / 96-104 any suggestions to help with this

I really appreciate your concern, your blood pressure is elevated marginally and if there is history of swelling of hand and face then in my opinion better to have diuretic group for controlling the hypertension and the best medicine is Chlorothiazide but before initiating this drug just have a word with your treating physician, take care and have a nice day.
