Hello

Thank you for trusting HCM

Many causes for dizziness

Cardiac a day non cardiac causes, you have to be evaluated. But till that time tab. Vertin 16mg thrice a day will help.

Hyperechoic lesion also to be evaluated weather it is haemangioma?? Hepatoma?, focal nodular hyperplasia?

Please consult your doctor you need to get it done, ECG, cxr, echo, CT brain, hb etc...
