Suggest Remedy For Dizzy Spells

I've been getting major dizzy spells my whole life but they never lasted very long. A couple months ago I was in a car accident where we flipped through a fence a few times. I went to the ER and everything was said to be fine. But ever since my dizzy spells have been getting worse and last longer and now come with these uncontrolable shakes and my teeth start chattering and I end up with migrains so painful I can't even stand. What is going on?!

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
Your dizzy spells, may be due to the infection of the internal ear, anemia, hypertension, or diabetes or neuritis.
This time it could be due to the head injury.
I advise you to consult a neurologist for diagnosis and treatment .
You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ranitidine, and cinnerzine, till the diagnosis is established.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
